“What I keep hearing from people across our district is pretty simple: They want to trust their government again. They want the fraud and mismanagement to stop. They want things to feel fair and well run. The news that Gov. Walz is not running for reelection is a chance for the state to finally move in a better direction.
“This is good for Minnesota because it opens the door to restoring balance in St. Paul and getting back to the basics of good government. People don’t talk to me about party labels. They talk about wanting government that works, that is responsible, and that earns their confidence again. That’s where the focus needs to be now. Getting things back on track, rebuilding trust, and doing the hard and unglamorous work of governing the right way.”
