Senator Miller to hold series of meetings around the district in advance of 2018 legislative session

Senate Deputy Majority Leader Jeremy Miller (R-Winona) will be holding a series of events around Senate District 28 to hear input from stakeholders about priorities for the upcoming 2018 legislative session. These visits will cover areas of Fillmore, Houston, and Winona Counties.

“There is nothing more important to me as a state senator than receiving input from the constituents I have the honor or representing,” said Sen. Miller. “Whether I’m shopping for groceries with my family or at an event in the district, I always try to make myself available to listen to the people and learn about the issues that are important to the people and communities in southeastern Minnesota. I’m looking forward to the upcoming meetings throughout the district and anticipate they will be instructive as we prepare for the new legislative session.”

The first round of meetings will take place in Houston County, with stops in Fillmore and Winona Counties to be announced at a later date. Meetings open to the press and public are denoted with asterisks.
