Friends and neighbors,

On Monday we lost another wonderful colleague in the Minnesota Senate. Bruce Anderson, who represented Buffalo and much of Wright County, passed away unexpectedly. He was 75.

I have known Bruce for many years, and he has always been one of the most sincere and caring people I have met in politics. He always made a point to ask about my family and how I was settling into Senate life. You knew he wasn’t just making small talk. He was genuinely interested.

His life was anchored in his faith. He was a man of unwavering conviction and was a servant through-and-through.

We will miss him deeply. Please keep his wife and family in your prayers.
