Friends and neighbors,
Nobody is happy about the chaos of the federal immigration raids. But that chaos was caused by Democrat leaders' inflammatory rhetoric and their lack of cooperation with the federal government. It was NOT caused by ICE itself.
Cities across the country where local leaders cooperated with ICE saw far less disruption and tense situations. Here in Minnesota, our governor and attorney general chose to be inflammatory and as a result our communities paid the price. ICE has been arresting convicted criminals, sex offenders, gang members, and drug traffickers.
